This coin, with edge inscription, was probably struck with the original and freshly used dies of the proof examples, with plain edge. It could be part of the very first strikes of this type, or a preserie.
PCGS attributes Prooflike designation for regular issue struck on Flan Bruni, and only attribute Proof designation for trial examples with plain edge.
An NGC PF62 was sold in 2016 for 28.000 USD, while an uncertified example was sold in 2022 for 11.000 USD
