Belgian Congo, Specimen 20 Francs ND (circa 1912) Elizabethville. Portrait Ceres at upper left, woman kneeling with hammer and anvil, woman reclining with elephant tusk at left Rev. Waterfront village and canoe. Pick 10as, Billeta Belgica 20/1 A. Very Fine, edge Damage. No signatures. Printer BNB. During the 1914-1918 war these banknotes were also printed in England from replacement plates but the printer is unknown. Very rare, with red SPECIMEN overprint and ANNULE perforated. Designed by Reichsdruckerei (Berlin).
