SICILY, Leontini. Circa 430 BC. AR Tetradrachm (16.42g). Head of Apollo left, wearing laurel wreath. Rev. Head of roaring lion right, three barley grains around, kithara below. ANS 243 (same dies). Rare. Lightly toned. Probably overstruck on a Selinus tetradrachm. Some scratches. Good very fine. Jean Elsen 2009 (249) lot 5
